This is a brief form of our TOS to which you must agree to in order to use our site. A new TOS will be available on December 1, 2011. By agreeing to this TOS you are also agreeing with the Updated one. Please be sure to read it when it after Dec1.

Firstly, use your common sense, and common decency. If you are struggling with either, then follow the TOS below. Breaking of our site rules can lead to immediate suspension of your account pending a review by our team. We don't like to be the swingers police, but it inevitably happens and in the end its our site and our responsibility to do it. We would prefer that everyone just gets along. Try to understand that if we ask you to do something, its about keeping the site running smoothly and legally. The site is here to have fun people. Lets keep it that way.
TOS
1) We do not accept Child Pornography. It will be reported to the authorities along with account information including IP addresses, and any information we can dig up to aid in prosecution.
2) While heated discussion can be normal, we do not accept abuse, threatening behaviour, racial taunts, vilification based on sexual preference, or disrespect of women.
3) We do not allow scat, blood, dangerous drugs, or animals in any sexual context on this site.
4) This site is a swingers site which, by the accepted definition, is an activity between male-female couples and their chosen sexual friends regardless of whether the activity is hetro or bi sexual. We welcome bi-sexual activity and encourage those that have some difficulty with this to learn some tolerance of bi-sexual men. Our suggestion is just to try and ignore any ads of this sort if they are in public areas. In return we ask Guys seeking Guys to show some respect by NOT uploading graphic images or text in public area such as guy on guy sex and anal shots. Our suggestion is if you have graphic images, put a password on them, and leave the password in your ad or profile. If you leave a classified ad, keep the title text from being too graphic. Put the detail in the body of the ad. We do reserve the right to remove or restrict graphic bi-sexual images and/or text.
